Our very own member Barry Kaye from GC Singletons has a long term history in the restoration industry as well as Carpet supply under Government Contract. Barry is going to take us through the nuances of what GC Singletons does as well as lead a discussion on “Duty of Care”, how it effects us and what our responsibilities are.

Second Speaker
Suzanne Harrington from Pinnacle TMS is an author and expert in trademarking your business name. Suzanne will talk to us about the importance of protecting your brand and answer a very important question:“Is a trademark the same as a business name?”
